As the year continues, we will be sharing important updates and celebrating the learning taking place in Reception.

Reception’s Class Letter is available below and contains key information for families.

This half-term, pupils are exploring Branch 4: Desert to Garden in R.E. Please see the attached vocabulary sheet to support your child’s learning at home.

Our Spring 2 topic is How Do We Grow? Pupils will be exploring how people, plants and animals grow and change over time. Please see the attached What We Are Learning – Topic Focus: How Do We Grow? (Spring 2) sheet for further information.

Reception’s Knowledge Organiser is also attached. This outlines key learning and explains how it prepares pupils for Year 1.
